What is Sonos Boost Is it Worth it?
If you have issues with Wi-Fi not reaching all of your rooms then you can use this Sonos Boost to boost your Wi-Fi.

It offers twice the power as compared to Bridge. It has a high broadcast power which is as good as enterprise-grade Wi-Fi routers.
Sonos Boost Setup
You need an Ethernet cable to start your setup. The ethernet cable plugs into the router using the ethernet cable.
Connect one end of the included Ethernet cable to the Sonos boost and you connect the other end to your Wi-Fi router.
- Plugin the power supply for the Sonos Boost before we get started with setup.
- Once it is switched on you need to set up the device.
- Open the Sonos app and head on the settings.
- The LED should turn green at this point.
- Let’s go back into the app and finish the setup.
- Let’s continue now let’s go press the button on the boost.
- The LED should turn red, then click ‘Yes’ to set this product up.
- Now it should start connecting to the online server to register the product.
- Once it registers the product it will automatically set all the service up.
- You should get a message indicating that boost added the boost. This is the default name it gives to the Sonos Boost.
- At this point, we have successfully set up the Boost and the boost has been named Boost, which is how you can identify it.
- At this point, it should ask you to update it. Let it update and download the latest software and settings.
- It shouldn’t take more than a few seconds.
- Sonos Boost makes it very easy to update everything through the app. Setting up is really a breeze.
- Once setup is done you should notice a message that setup has been done.
- At this point, everything should be connected and it’s time to start using it and test it.
