Cons
The physical buns are responsive but instead of a soft press, a firm press is needed to pause or play, skip a track with a double press on the left earphones.
There is no physical button to back on a song.
Unable to adjust volume
Some people find the charging case to be on the chunkier side. But this could be the reason why it offers a longer battery charge.

This can be a hassle for people who switch often between their phone and laptop.
Noise isolation isn’t 100% . The ear buds create a seal around the ear canal opening. The audio might not be as impactful and as direct as when the earbuds wedge into the ear canal.

How do I fix JBL Reflect Flow? Left Earbud not Working
The left earbud sometimes does not work and here is how to fix that.
If you don’t get any music out of the earbuds there is an easy way to fi this.
First make sure that the earbud has sufficient charge. Sometimes when the earbuds are placed in the charging cradle the pins might not make contact.
That might be the reason for them not to work.
First disable the bluetooth on your phone. The phone connects to the earbuds via bluetooth, disabling this will disconnect them.
Power both the earbuds off by pressing on the buttons for 5 to 8 seconds.
As they shut down you should hear a jingle.
Start with the left ear piece press it for 2 seconds till you hear a little jingle.
The blue LED should start blinking an indication that its turned on. Press the button on the left earbud 3 times in quick succession.
Now move on to the right earbud. Turn it on by pressing it for 2 seconds. Press 3 times in succession once it turns on.
At this point they will start syncing each other. Once the earbuds find each other the left ear bud will stop blinking blue and red. It will just be blue an indication that have been synced.
At this point turn the bluetooth back on. Reconnect the earbuds to bluetooth and the music should flow through both earbuds.
